Can't make this your home Xbox

I previously had my home xbox on another console (1 and only 1 switch). Now I cannot swap it back to the original console. How can I get this resolved?

Hello.

Having problems with Home Xbox.

Let me give you more incite.

Me and my brother share an Xbox One. My brother was the one who set up Xbox Live Gold on his account so, hes the one who had Home Xbox on so we could share it.

Everything was fine for a while until my brother purchased GTA V. After buying this and downloading it; I don't know what he did but, Home Xbox couldn't be activated on his account anymore.

This meant that I couldn't access to any of the games that he had bought/downloaded with out him being logged on/ online.

The current status is: My Brother's Home Xbox can't be activated on his account, for me to have any of my game data for most of our games he has to be online and I don't have Xbox Live Gold.

Does anyone have any idea on what to do? If not I will contact Xbox and see what they have to say.

Can't make this my home xbox

I have already reported to Xbox that someone else has access to my account and changed my account's home xbox to his xbox. However,I can't change it back so that my xbox is the home xbox. It just says 'can't change this to home xbox'. How do I fix this???

 

This happens when you have used the xbox home setting 3 times within 365 days. To solve this it will be better if you contact xbox chat support my account section:
