"Cant make this your home xbox"

I let somebody licence transfer with me 2 times so that they could get a DLC for a game that the both of us play and now i cant make my xbox my home xbox. I contacted support and the person really couldnt help much.

I read on another thread that if i called xbox support they could reset the home xbox counter but what would i have to do and say to get them to fix this issue?

So my ex friend attempted to hack my account but he failed miserably and I got my account back on time. But my problem is before he tried to hack my account, he went onto my account and put the settings on "Make My Home Xbox". How do I reverse that? Like
how do I stop him from having the games I'm going to have later on in the future?

-I changed the password on my account so he can't get on it anymore. But I'm unsure if he still has my xbox as his Home Xbox. Please help me ASAP.

Just go into the settings of your Xbox one and make it your home Xbox again, you can only have 1 home Xbox setup at one time, when you do it on yours it will remove it off his Xbox one.

 

You can only change home console three times in a one year period. This is to discourage game sharing like you mention as that affects sales of games. Only real thing to do is wait out the year, in the mean time you should be able to play your games as long
as you are connected to the Internet.

I don't think this is something Xbox Support can override which seems to be what they told you, perhaps a supervisor could do something but not sure.
