    Can't make purchase with Microsoft Account


    Hi

    can anyone help me?

    I have the roblem too: I tried to buy something with the microsoft account. I got the message to give them an Creditcard. I added a creditcard too and then they took the money from the credit card. I have no chance to buy from the MS Acc. I can't choose
    it.

    And for the support I got only the message that there are problems and that I can't reach them.

    I come from Germany, so it is to expensive to call the hotlinenumber!

    And I didn't get an error code. (Only information that credit card was missing)

    No I deletet the credit card cause I have fear that one f the other users use it. At first i'll use my MS Money!

    Hope that you can help me!

    You can't use the money in your Microsoft account to purchase content from the Xbox 360 Marketplace.

    To resolve this issue, purchase the item on your Xbox 360 console, where you can use your Microsoft account balance to make purchases.

    I have been trying to use my Microsoft account to purchase items in my game. I have never had issues before. Now, when I try to make a purchase it doesn't even list my Microsoft account as an option, only Amazon Pay or PayPal or pay by credit card. I have more than enough money in my Microsoft account to make these purchases. My Microsoft balances have been expiring since I can't use them to make any purchases.

    Each Microsoft Account/Gamertag is tied to its purchases.

    You can share games together by making the gamertag a Home account, you can't change complete ownership of dial purchases between accounts/gamertags though.
