    Can’t make my Xbox my home xbox


    Ive just recently got a new xbox cause my old one broke and i transfered my account but now its saying that i need to make it my home xbox but im unable to? Why is that? Sometimes im able to play a game
    but most of the time its kicks me out saying i need to be online and also make this xbox my home xbox.

    "Note Customer support can’t offer additional switches. If you’ve made five home Xbox switches for the year and you need assistance, select
    Help when you see the message Can’t make this your home Xbox. You may be eligible to receive an exception."

    The support page for Designate a home Xbox has a note under changing your home Xbox stating “Customer support can’t offer additional
    switches. If you’ve made five home Xbox switches for the year and you need assistance, select Help when you see the message Can’t make this your home Xbox. You may be eligible to receive an exception”
