Can't make my account Home Xbox (not a Limited times issue)

HomeXBOX is working with three different accounts.

I only face this problem with one account.

I have already reset the console, unplugged of power and format the console, but nothing happened.

it's not that big issue to me, but I really want to know why it's happing.

I have found the answer

I think the problem was with my name

my name was: XBOX GOLD

after I changed my name I could do (my Home Xbox) again

Hi Ismaeel,

Make sure you have a solid connection to the internet. Try rebooting your network hardware then change the home after the hardware is all back up. Here is the
