    Can't make changes to parental controls


    My account TheEarBiter123 was banned and i do not know why. I dont really care that it is banned but the only problem is I am unable to make purchases on my other account because of parental controls. TheEarBiter123 is my parent account. Is

    I can't remember code in parental control and i can't remember secret answer to change code in parental control. Can You reset code or write secret answer, please.

    Privacy "button" Greyed Out

    your account might have parental controls on it and only the parent can change the privacy settings. If you are a child talk to your parents and ask them. If you are an adult make sure you don't have parental controls turned on.

    You could always just change your gamertag to something your son would want and just gift him the account. ...
    This might circumvent parental controls the parent has set up for the kid and make the kid a full grown adult that can't be controlled or restricted on the Xbox anymore.

    Also, the kid will then have control over the Microsoft account, meaning the kid can access the parent emails, OneDrive storage and anything else associated with the account.

    So do NOT do that.
