Cant make an account

i just got an xbox and it wont let me create an account keeps saying sorry try again later what could the problem be

license transfer for Destiny DLC?

I believe for this to work when he signed into his console he would have to make your account the primary account on the Xbox. Just like game sharing. As long as he leave sit as the primary he should have access to it under his account. You just cant set your account to your primary account on your own Xbox.

Cant make xbox live account?

If your console is banned you are not allowed to make LIVE accounts or play online. If your console is banned theres nothing you can do except buy a new system.

What if i make the silver account and didnt try the 30 days i can try it later

and if i cant i cant delete the account and make another one but the gamertag will still there ??
