    Can't make a purchase in a gaming app


    I'm trying to make a purchase in-game for the game Mergest Kingdom. The purchase is made through microsoft, and it's an app, not connected to a social media account. I've made purchases before, but today I keep getting an error message that "We are having trouble processing your payment, and we'd like to get it sorted out." I've tried changing the card being used for the purchase. Any help would be appreciated.

    Would you please tell me what country do you live in? Also, is the credit card you are trying to use from the same country?

    And would you please confirm if your Microsoft account profile (https://account.microsoft.com/profile) and billing address (https://account.microsoft.com/billing/addresses) matches your country and the credit card billing address?

    Yes I’m using MS store and I’ve already tried all the steps you mentioned.

    Additionally I tried to reinstall Xbox app and gaming services with power shell, still facing the same issue.

    Also tried repair and reinstall as well.

    Troubleshot couldn’t find any issues
