can´t make a payment

Are you trying to do this through the console or on the website ?

I have the same problem!. I know there's an issue with xbox purchases. But i do not know if is related

The 1 month pass, probably needs a source of payment deposited.

So you can link e. g. your payPal to your Xbox. Make sure, that the autmatic renew is turned off if you don´t want that.

I would try to make the purchase on the web store instead of the console if that's what you're doing. I would also check to make sure you have enough in your account to cover the charge (you have to factor in taxes, so $10 isn't enough for one month of GP).

Additionally, if you are trying to set up a subscription I believe you need a secondary form of payment. I would make sure the payment info is entered correctly if that's the case.

i don´t have enough money to cover the following month but i only have money to pay one month and i can´t renew the account because i don´t have a credit card

The thing is that I want remove the payment option completely but it says I can`t do this until I add new payment option and because my debit card is associated with my membership which is still active,but I don`t want to add it because I don`t want to continue
to loose the money again.So what you can do to help me?
