Discus and support can't make a payment with anything in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I have a problem with buying things. every time everytime i want buy something xbox always want me to use a creditcard. i have my bank account...     I have a problem with buying things. every time everytime i want buy something xbox always want me to use a creditcard. i have my bank account connected and i have enough money on it and i have 25 euro now on my credit on my account but xbox still won't
    let me pay with both of them. i always have to use a credit card and i don't have one. even when i click on paying with paypal i have to write down everything for a credit card. i'm trying to buy The elders scrolls online plus.

    can please someone help me?

    I usally pay with paypal and I made like 2 payments today but I can't make another one, it says I need to get in touch with microsoft.

    Hello i have the same Problem. Can't buy anything from the Store. All my Payment Options disapeared. I'm from Germany. Pre-ordered Games still are preordered with my Payment Options for example with Paypal but i can't buy anything new. And i can't add
    a new Payment Options.

    Request a Callback from Xbox Support     or you can always
    contact support     and speak to a virtual agent who can also assist you with that.
