can't make a case review

i suspended till the 10th jan for cheating so i go to the page to hopefully get my account unsuspended but when i try to go to the page it keeps going back to the enforcement page help?!

no one here on the forums can address issues dealing with enforcement actions.

You will need to visit Xbox's enforcement page to find out any information about your current case.

Can't create a case review

I received a temp ban on my account for telling someone they should "wash their ****" and also calling them "boring and unoriginal". I'd imagine that getting a ban for something like that would have to include rougher more course language, so I decided
to go make a case review so I can play Destiny 2 with friends while in a party. I'm using an iPad and do not have access to a computer right now, and I'm not able to submit a case review.

 

Have you tried a different browser?

Are you doing it from a mobile device or a computer? Its better if done from a computer.

 

Also chrome.does have.issues firefox or ie edge is the best
