    Can't look at XBL Rewards


    I have been having trouble with the rewards system since I joined, and so I have largely ignored it. Having rekindled my interest in it, I have been trying to access my account to see things. I am able to get to the rewards page, at which point I'm prompted
    to join or sign in. Clicking Sign in takes me to a page where I see that my avatar or my name is clearly on the page, but directly after seeing that, I am redirected to the join/sign page again. I can spend some time looking around if I freeze the page, but
    then nothing works. I'm hoping there's something you can do about this issue, because I've been a rewards member for over a year and an XBL customer for over 7 and this is the most annoying thing I've experienced.

    XBL Rewards Deposit never showed up

    On 3/8/17 I received $18.70 XBL Rewards Deposit according to billing. But when I look at my account balance it shows $0.00. None of the purchases since 3/8 have used Rewards money.

    What happened to the $18.70?

    Missing Punchard Punches for Points?

    I have pre-ordered 3 games for the 15,000 reward points (Mafia III, WWE 2K17 & Titanfall 2); yet when I look at my punchcard, it only shows 1 punch.

    Can't look at XBL Rewards

    There is a random glitch that will cause a loop, but that usually clears up on its own after a bit. If not, try clearing your browser's cookies/cache or try another browser.

    If that doesn't help, you'll need to try posting in the Rewards forum -

    Difference between Microsoft Rewards and Xbox Live Rewards?

    Is there any free way of getting Xbox Live Rewards points as there is with Microsoft Rewards, besides the survey? I'm looking for a quick and free way of getting XBL Rewards points.

    I would also suggest signing up for the bing rewards and XBL rewards. I have several thousand points from the bing program and XBL rewards.

    Iam Sure that I Haven't recieved any "Birthday Gift" over XBL Rewards. The only Points that are Pending are for the Surveys Janury and February. Should I post a Screenshot? I also can post it on the Reward Question Area if you guys can't help me out :)

    You donate to kids that can't afford MSP, right? ö_ö
    Microsoft Points is real money but just converted to Microsoft's own currency.

    You can't just get free Microsoft Points from anywhere, although Bing Rewards does help out and Xbox Rewards too.

    Xbox Rewards takes way too long, though. Only 20 MSP each month and it's only sent to the XBL account when it hits 100 MSP in total.
