    can't login


    so after playing destroy all humans path of the furon for a little while i went to try and load verison to watch tv then i kept getting a message that said it was down for now and to try again later i just now tried to login to my account and kept getting
    a error 807B01F7 so i followed the stuff on what to do for that now i can't even download my profile again any ideas?

    It sounds like you#re going through the steps to set up a new account. Instead, you need to sign out of any accounts, then choose the option for 'Recover Gamertag'. This will allow you to download your PendantLattice3 account to your console.

    Can't login

    I am a new user and I have not yet connected to Xbox Live through the console. I already updated the console software and now I am trying to login to Xbox Live. First I chose a profile, then I type my email and password - the same I use in my email and to
    login here. Then I get the message

    "This WL ID is associated to a different gamertag. Type a different WL ID and password".

    What is going on?

    Almost the same problem I had! Basically I was signed in on my account () we had 3 controllers me being the first one we were on the dash board of the Xbox 360 he decided to log in on his controller when he did it logged me out and logged
    him in on his controller as his account (basic account) so I tried to log me back on kept giving me an error code I turned it off then on then try to log in once again it proceeded to log me in and then the same error message came up I deleted my account (SWAGGER
    KILLER9) turn Xbox 360 off for 60 seconds then back on disconnected it from my home route then reconnected to the WiFi connection and tried to download my account then it was successfully downloaded!

    Thank you for reaching Microsoft Xbox Forum support.

    I highly recommend following the troubleshooting steps here to clear the Mac address and then perform a quick power cycle on your console:

    Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear it and the console should restart. It would definitely help if you could restart the internet router while the console is restarting.

    After going through the troubleshooting steps mentioned, I invite you to perform a quick power cycle by turning off the console and then unplugging all the cables. After 2 to 3 minutes, re-plug them back again, then restart your console.

    Also you will need to make sure that you can log in with your credentials in this website : Microsoft account | Home

    In case the issue still persists, the next step would be to perform a reset on the console. To do so you will need to follow the steps below to perform a reset on the Xbox :

    Settings > System > Console Info > Reset This Xbox > Reset and Keep my Games and Apps.

    Note =>The "Reset and Keep my Games and Apps" option will not cause losing your games, but please be aware that you need to be completely aware of the email address as well as the password of your account before going for it because it will require you to sign in to the account.
