Cant login xbox / Windows live app

Whenever i try to log into my account it says

Acess denied

i tried to log in on the mircosoft site and on the xbox site both workt fine just loggin in on that xbox app doesnt work but also only with this account.

It happened since the first day I used Windows Phone, I cant login neither download games that are in the xbox game app for WP.

i want to sign im automatically signed off my profile and i get this massege, buti in xbox.com i can sign in but in the windows 10 xbox app i cant login

 

I am having the same issue, I can log in to the xbox app on my desktop PC running the latest released updates however when I attempt to login on my surface pro 4 I get access denied. I am running the latest preview release (build 14942) so I am assuming
it is something to do with the preview program (either the pin feature of windows hello)

 

the thing is i only get the error with this specific account i tired it with an old one and even with a new one bith worked but this account where i own forza horizon doesnt work..

 

I get access denied to any xbox app. I too have the latest insider preview build. If I chose sign in with a different account, and enter the same account information, it says i need to use windows hello or enter a pin to continue. If I click ok, it just
goes back to the access denied error.

 

it is quite sad because i bought a game and cant play it...

 

This is noted for the new Insider Build 14942 with the fix at the bottom of the page under "IMPORTANT NOTE". Excerpt is here:

IMPORTANT NOTE: Xbox sign-ins may fail, as well, as a result of service host separation. To fix this issue:

1. Run the following from an admin Command Prompt (or edit the registry accordingly):

REG ADD HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\XblAuthManager /v SvcHostSplitDisable /t REG_DWORD /d 1 /f

2. Reboot the system, so that XblAuthManager now shares a service host process with Windows Update and Background Intelligent Transfer Service.

Didn´t fix the issue for me :/

 

It´s so weird i mean im currently logged on this account but i just can´t log in on the pc app, i tried it with the android app and it worked perfectly but it just wont work on pc
