Can't login to xbox

    Can't login to xbox


    My xbox usually logs me in automatically, but when I turned it on today it said, "Sorry, Kyle" at the bottom. I tried logging in manually and it didn't work either. I got the error 0x87dd000f. So I decided to remove my account and add it again. However,
    it won't let me do that either and is giving me the error 0x80a40019. So now I can't login or play any games.

    Things I've already tried: Power Cycle the xbox. Power Cycle the router/modem. Try logging in several times over the course of several hours. And a combination of most every generic troubleshooting technique.

    Can anyone help me?

    Yes i can login to that account with ny xbox app on my mobile or the Microsoft/xbox website but can't login to my Microsoft and xbox app on my windows.
