Can't login to Xbox website and can't change xbox gamertag

Did you try to sign in your account to https://account.microsoft.com and https://account.xbox.com/Profile?

What exactly is the error message you get when you try to sign in your account and change gamertag?

hi, i'm trying change it from my windows 10 computer, the new gamertag is not in use, now im trying to log in in website to check the error, but can't even login anymore in my acc , there are some issues with xbox login?

I changed my gamertag last night and now I can't recover my gamertag on my xbox 360 console. Everything else is fine including logging into my xbox one, gears pop, xbox.com and live.com. I am getting error code 8007274C
