    Have been able to log in, too. No achievement is lost, everything is working fine.

    This is now fixed guys. It wasn't working for me for the past 2 days. All good to go now.

    Can't login to Xbox Live from Solitaire Collection

    My Solitaire game still isn't signing in and now the Taptiles game has the same problem. Didn't have a problem with Taptiles until this morning. So now, it's 2 games that aren't working correctly.

    Please fix this issue. I'll appreciate it. Thank you.

    I'm so pleased to come back here to post that after I tried syncing the licenses and reinstalling the game, it worked beautifully. I also did the same thing with the Taptiles game because that started doing the same thing with the sign in this morning.
    Both games are now running just fine. Can't login to Xbox Live from Solitaire Collection :)

    Hope everyone else gets their games up and running smoothly soon.

    Microsoft Solitaire Collection

    When I try to sign in to MS Solitaire Collection, I get a sign in error "We could not sign you in to Xbox Live. Please check the Microsoft Solitaire Collection FAQ.... error code: 1170000."

    Unfortunately I can't find this error code, or the answer at that link. I'm running Win 10. Help please!

    Also performed fix as suggested above, but ended up with same "no-go" result. Solitaire Collection apps (all three) will not open if you click on the icons from the Start screen. Interestiingly enough, you can get the collection to work if you go to the
    xbox store, search for the solitaire collection, and sign in to xbox. Everything is displayed just as you expect, but once you reboot, the problem is back again. The games play fine, you just can't start them from the Start screen.
