Can't login to Xbox Live from Solitaire Collection

Having the same problem. Anyone find any solutions. Tried their suggestions, but not working.

 

I hope they are actually working to fix this.

 

Microsoft seems to have *** up with their latest automatic software upgrades. Several things are not working now. Microsoft Solitaire Collection is only one of those items. Since I've not heard anything from Microsoft about correcting this problem... I think
they don't care!

What do you think?

 

Just installed a new boot disk and installed solitaire collection on it and I'm getting the same message. Before the new device and new copy of win 8 no problems. I can log into xbox but this doesn't carry across to solitaire collection. A bit frustrating.

 

Same problem here. Other Microsoft games like Microsoft Mahjong and Microsoft Sudoku work well. I also have no problem logging into Xbox live directly. The only problem is with Microsoft Solitaire Collection.

I uninstalled Solitaire Collection and re-installed and run apps.diagcab, but it still will not sign in.

 

I have the same problem and cannot solve it. I have controlled all possible issues and options but it did not help. I cannot find a mail address where I can turn to by Microsoft to help me! And it is already the year 2015.

 

*Sigh* And I thought it was just because I'm running Windows 10 (Build 10049)... Seems they really don't care.

 

Have the same problem with MS Solitaire (can't log in, yet easily sign into Xbox.com). As I can see, MS support team has been hardly working on solving this problem since 2012... And still no result... It's sad...

Update #9: Our awesome engineers are working on a fix- so just be patient a little while longer! smile emoticon Don't worry, your stats will be just fine as soon as you're able to log back in to Xbox Live. Also, once again, this issue is only affecting Solitaire
and not any of the other Microsoft Casual Games so if you're not able to log in to other games, try our troubleshooting steps.

 

same problem for french players, the game doesn't log to xbox.com

 

Having that probem today, have uninstalled and reinstalled the app with no success. Really frustrating.

Microsoft Solitaire Collection ist noch immer gestört. Ich habe alles so eingestellt, dass ich normal bei App-Aufruf automatisch angemeldet werde; bei Mahjong geht das ohne Probleme, bei Solitaire erfolgt die bekannte Fehlermeldung, dass man nicht angemeldet
werden könne und sich auf der Seite anmelden soll; danach solle man die App schließen und neu starten. Es geht nicht! Außerdem kann ich nach dem Aufruf der Page aus der App heraus keinerlei Profileinstellungen vornehmen, die Klicks auf "Speichern" werden nicht
angenommen. Ich hoffe, dass das Problem bald gefixt wird und dass vor allem die erspielten täglichen Herausforderungen bestehen bleiben. Ich jedenfalls lasse die Finger von jeglicher De- und Neuinstallation, da es definitiv NICHT an meinem System liegt!

Das Problem scheint, zumindest bei mir, behoben zu sein. Einloggen bzw. automatische Anmeldung funktioniert wieder.
