    Can't login to Xbox Live from Solitaire Collection


    I have the same problem since yesterday all other games seem fine, have tried logging in on my desktop pc and then back on tablet as suggested on a previous thread but no joy - help!!

    Disable xbox games login

    I just want to play solitaire and every time I start the solitaire collection I am asked to login to xbox games. Can this be disabled?

    Microsoft Solitaire Collection

    When I try to sign in to MS Solitaire Collection, I get a sign in error "We could not sign you in to Xbox Live. Please check the Microsoft Solitaire Collection FAQ.... error code: 1170000."

    Unfortunately I can't find this error code, or the answer at that link. I'm running Win 10. Help please!

    Same problem, I can't sign in. I can sign in any other ms games (for example MS Sudoku or Jigsaw), but not this one... Why???

    Yes, indeed it does not work to sign in to this particular app. It works fine in other Arkadium games like Jigsaw, Sudoku, Minesweeper, Taptiles. Please do fix it as fast as possible; I also want to finish up the rest of this month's daily challenges.

    Tell me something - do we all just talk to each other on here or does someone from Microsoft actually read these forums and do anything to help?! It would be nice to know you're aware of the problem and are actually working to fix it....!

    Every time I open Solitaire Collection, it tries to log in to live; and every time it says "Sorry we can't sign you in. Try signing into Xbox.com, then start this app again". I do that and it doesn't work.

    Same here, on Windows 8.1 as well.

    Can't login to Xbox Live from Solitaire Collection

    Mine is exactly as the above, although yesterday after uninstalling it and reinstalling I logged in and played my usual games but this is not happening today. Very annoying.

    They have responded that they are aware on the facebook page for Microsoft Solitaire Collection, but they still don't know how to fix it
