    I've tried many times to log in to my xbox live account through the app itself, but it appears that it won't work. I've tried multiple methods from different sources to try to fix the problem, but it turns out that I still cannot login.

    Virtually cannot login to the parental account anywhere that's linked with either Outlook/Live/MSN or Xbox LIVE. : /

    I can login on the Microsoft site, I can login on Xbox live services like on the Xbox itself or the Xbox app,

    I just can't seem to login to the site, Or atleast when I've logged in the login button becomes solid, and when i try to go to my account, I directly get prompted to a Childs privacy site from Microsoft.

    So i can't seem to do anything on the site, and Year in Review doesn't work.

    Your tag line is confusing... you can't login on your xbox with any account? Not just your own? If you can't sign in with ANY account, more than likely your console is banned from xbox live.
