    Can't login to the xbox app on mobile (ios)


    I signed into an account on the xbox mobile app the last time I used it. I recently deleted that account and I can't remember the email for the account and I can't login into my main account on the app now. Every time I try to sign in, it auto signs into
    my deleted account and says "Something went wrong" I don't know how to make it stop auto signing into that account and I can't sign into my main account on the app anymore because of it.

    Yes i can login to that account with ny xbox app on my mobile or the Microsoft/xbox website but can't login to my Microsoft and xbox app on my windows.

    It is not quite clear where exactly you are trying to login with your Microsoft account that leads to this error. The category you posted in is Xbox on mobile devices. Are you having trouble logging into the Xbox app for mobile? If so, is it an iOS or Android
    device? Have you tried signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/?

    Please give us more information on this login issue and if you have issues logging in anywhere else.

    But works fine on mobile data or other networks if your ios is on 15.7

    Its a problem with app and ios16
