Can't login

It sounds like you#re going through the steps to set up a new account. Instead, you need to sign out of any accounts, then choose the option for 'Recover Gamertag'. This will allow you to download your PendantLattice3 account to your console.

Can't login

I am a new user and I have not yet connected to Xbox Live through the console. I already updated the console software and now I am trying to login to Xbox Live. First I chose a profile, then I type my email and password - the same I use in my email and to
login here. Then I get the message

"This WL ID is associated to a different gamertag. Type a different WL ID and password".

What is going on?

same here, it will let me get on one character but any of my dragonborn character i get the same message.

Cant logon with 1st or 2nd character....garbage is close to getting deleted off my HD....Login2_ConsoleProxyFailure...ya you fail.

What errors are you getting when trying to log into your xbox or mircosoft account?.

Hi there

Are these two separate accounts having login issues? Or your Microsoft account also not working on mobile?

If this is due to needing to link accounts, you should still be able to sign into your primary account.

You may follow the links provided above if its the case of a forgotten password. You may also need to link your primary account to the Microsoft account.
