Can't login to my Xbox Live account

Hello,

For the past 4 days I can't login to my Xbox Live account. Whenever I try to login it just loads and loads and nothing happens. Eventually I get this message:

An error occurred while getting this content. Come back later.

Any known issus with logging into accounts? I hope some one can help me as it gets a little bit annoying not to be able to play games for 4 days in a row already.

Xbox is telling me to get Gold even though I have it?

Another way to attempt to fix this, is to remove the account from the xbox in settings->accounts-> remove accounts. After that is removed login with that gametag again to force the console to fetch your live subscription data. In rare cases your Xbox account and live account will lose sync.

 

Xbox 360 Issue HELP!

The other day, I was on my Xbox 360 and tried downloading the WWE Network app when my console froze. I restarted the system and logged back into my Xbox Live account and now every time I do log back in, my system freezes on the dashboard. It only does this when I log into my Xbox Live account. If I skip login, I do not have any issues.

Could someone help me please?!

 

Try removing your profile from the console then perform a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug
the power cord back in and restart the console. Once it is back up and operational reload the profile and try logging in.

This method has worked. I've now been able to login to my profile again.

 

Aparently the hard reset was only a tempraly solution, as today I got the same problem again. I Can't login anymore and get the same message as stated in my first post.

I hope there is something else that be done about this problem.
