Can't login to my XBOX account

Do XBOX stopped their services in some countries ? We are trying to login to our accounts and the XBOX showing this message You appear to be in a region where this service is not available (0X80a40401)

can anyone advise what shall we do with this issue? the XBOX accounts are no longer reachable, I am also unable to download games's DLCs or anything.

We were able to log into your MyRewards page successfully. Therefore, this is most likely a user connectivity issue. To resolve this, we recommend either clearing your cache or using a different browser.

every time i try to login to reclaim my rewards the page refreshs and kicks me out... why¿¿

Thanks for info, does that mean XBOX is only supported in 32 countries around the world ? I couldn't find any middle eastern country except UAE and KSA. Is it logic for giant company like Microsoft ?

XBOX was always supported in our region, why now you have stopped this service ?

Like my friend Lance mentioned due to recent changes some regions have been affected with logins, services, and similar symptoms that you described. To verify your account is still working properly, try signing in on the
Microsoft Account website.
