Can't login to my Xbox account or sync data for any games on my xbox one

Thank you for reaching Microsoft Xbox Forum support. I am sorry to know about the account accessibility situation, but I want you not to worry about it because I am here to help you out! I believe your console might need either a network reset or just a
system refresh. I would like you to go through the following steps to clear your Mac address and perform a quick power cycle:

Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear it and the console should restart. It would definitely help if you could restart the internet router while the console is restarting.

If even after going through the previous troubleshooting steps the same situation is recurring, I invite you to perform a quick power cycle by turning off the console and then unplugging all the cables. After 2 to 3 minutes, re-plug them back again, then
restart your console.

Another thing you should check is your NAT type. I would like you to check your NAT type if open because that could sometimes interfere. to check for the NAT type you can follow the steps below:

Settings > Network Settings > NAT type => It should be open.

If the NAT type is not open, you will need to open some ports with your internet provider. These ports must be open for Xbox Live to work: Port 88 (UDP) Port 3074 (UDP and TCP) Port 53 (UDP and TCP) Port 80 (TCP) Port 500 (UDP)
Port 3544 (UDP) Port 4500 (UDP).

In case the issue still persists, the next step would be to perform a reset on the console. To do so you will need to follow the steps below to perform a reset on the Xbox :

Settings > System > Console Info > Reset This Xbox > Reset and Keep my Games and Apps.

Note =>The "Reset and Keep my Games and Apps" option will not cause losing your games, but please be aware that you need to be completely aware of the email address as well as the password of your account before going for it because it will require you
to sign in to the account.

Hi, checked my services and all are correct, they display the new alias even when I login with the previous one, including the Xbox app.

But when I try to play, it pops out a window showing my gamertag, hit the "Let's play!" button and then it says it can't sync my data from the cloud.

Tried uninstalling the games and the Xbox app and reinstalling them twice, but the issue still persists (and lost all the progress didn't sync).

If I delete my user and put it back, will I lose this data?

No you don not lose your game saves and progression if you uninstall a game or remove your account from console as this data is saved in cloud and when you login to any console, even if it's a new one and you start a game the data will be synced. Same even
works for Play Anywhere games where you can continue from your last saves on your PC or Xbox One.

Ps.: i already deletet the app and data on all devices.... why can't I delete that *********** twitch account/login from my Xbox one

To start, I would recommend checking if your Xbox Live account is properly synced with your game save data. You can do this by going to the "Settings" menu on your Xbox console, selecting "System," and then "Storage." From there, you can check if your game save data is properly synced with your Xbox Live account.

If your game save data is not properly synced, you can try manually syncing it by going to the "Manage Game & Add-ons" option for Starfield and selecting "Saved Data." From there, you can select "Sync Now" to manually sync your game save data with your Xbox Live account.

There is no "Sync Now" option. At least not on my xbox.

It would be great if there was a fix for this issue as i have lost almost 50 hours progress and Sync issues still persist. For the record I have 1gb Internet speed with 0 issues. As suggested elsewhere I check my network connection and xbox reports all is good and no problems with any other game nor cloud gaming.
