Can't login to my old email

I can't login to my old email,yahoo,it's deactivated. But I've had my microsoft account for 18 years. Added my primary email,gmail, about 12 years ago but can't login to microsoft now to add a phone number for verification. I have however verified my added email.

I'll give it a shot. Went through the online portion of getting help, websites with any type of phone number said access denied. I looked at a thread on top of thread, made this in hopes someone might have a workaround. Thanks.

We recommend contacting Microsoft Support as they have the tools needed to view and see account details, included with Recovery.

I can't login because It's send a code to my old phone number or my old email address which one is deleted.

So only way if I make a new xbox account?

I can delete this xbox account and make a new with the same email address?

my email address has changed! but i still use my old email to login!????

I've done all stages, deleted cache, rebootet, unistall and install again but my old email adress keeps coming up when i try to login in Minecraft launcher.
I can't change that email adress to my active email.
Minecraft is bought trough Microsoft Store with my active email adress.

What should i do?
