Can't login to my microsoft account with my xbox one

I turn on my xbox one and then when i try to login into my account it loads forever. Ive tryied to let it load for 2hours but still was loading. What should i do?

Error-Code 0x8015403D, need help!

I can't login to xbox-live on my xbox and can't login on the microsoft website with my account. I already reset my password, delete the cache on the xbox and so one.

Nothing works. Can someone help me please? Thanks.

Can't Login

I can't login to my account on the XBOX ONE. I can login to the Microsoft web site on the computer, so i know my Microsoft account is OK. I know my password is OK.

I have tried 100 times to login to my XBOX ONE with the same account I am using now, and it won't let me. This is so frustrating. I removed my profile from the XBOX then I tried to re-add it. This still does not work. I get the following error :

I would advise you to
power cycle your Xbox. You should also reset your router by unplugging it from the wall for 30 seconds and then running the network and multiplayer tests in the network settings.

Hi TheMadPiggeh,

I am sorry to hear that you are having troubles with signing in to your profile. Have you done the full power cycle on your console already as advised by Luciano Di Mase?

If this did not work, kindly refresh your account by doing the steps below:

To delete your profile, please go to Settings >> Sign-in, security & passkey >> Remove me from this Xbox.

Please go to Settings >> Disc & Blu-ray >> Persistent Storage >> Clear Persistent Storage.

After you have done clearing Persistent Storage, please go to Settings >> Network >> Advanced Settings >> Alternate MAC >> Clear Alternate MAC >> Restart your console.

After that, you should be able to sign back in to your account already.

To clear everything up the Xbox core services were down and seem to still be down meaning a lot of functions on the Xbox live servers will be down temporarily.

You can see this in the network settings on the console or the link below.

Yes i can login to that account with ny xbox app on my mobile or the Microsoft/xbox website but can't login to my Microsoft and xbox app on my windows.

I may not fully understand the set up, but... if the Xbox log in for the profile in question is 'your' Microsoft account then it is *your* Xbox profile and to my knowledge can't be separated: it's one Microsoft account.

You can set up a linked child account which would have its own Microsoft login

On your Xbox, please can you press and hold the power button on the console until the console turns off completely. This clears the cache on the console. After you have done this, please turn the Xbox back on and try signing onto your account. Does it allow you to sign into your account?

My Xbox account is not banned. When I closed Microsoft account it closed everything Microsoft related for my login. Otherwise I could login my old Xbox account and rename it or just use old Xbox account.
