Can't login to my microsoft account through microsoft apps

Hi Josef, I'm using Windows 10 and I am able to sign in using that link. I tried logging in with every alias but every time it either says the profile doesn't exist and if I click any of the provided options from there it says it does exist and breaks if I try proceed from there. Once I exit out of the new broken window it says something went wrong with the login process.

When I use a username, it successfully recognises the account and asks for a one time password that when input returns an error saying I'm not connected to the internet and it continues to say I'm not connected to the internet for every subsequent login attempt.

Logging in via a browser has worked every time with all aliases with no issues, I am also able to log into microsoft apps on my phone like the xbox app or on my xbox, its just on my laptop that it doesn't work

Restart the PC and try again

B. Do a clean boot in your PC and try again

Yes i can login to that account with ny xbox app on my mobile or the Microsoft/xbox website but can't login to my Microsoft and xbox app on my windows.

And then clear cache and cookies. Using the Microsoft Store app, reset it by going to Settings > Apps > Apps & Features, selecting Microsoft Store, and clicking Advanced Options > Reset.

Next is to check your internet connection. Your network should be stable. Kindly restart your router if needed.

Disable any VPN or proxy settings that might interfere with the login process.

Then update Windows to make sure your operating system is up to date. Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and check for updates.

After that is to uninstall and reinstall the affected apps such as Microsoft Store and the Xbox App to ensure there are no corrupted files.
