I think microsoft has nothing to do with your problem because you are playing on the pc

try contacting epic support team they would probably be the best ones to answer your question and help you

i did contact epic before contacting Microsoft and the said this :

i might try seeing it on the internet but if anything else happened i will contact you as soon as possible and thanks all for your help

Try posting this on the epic forums. Seems to me that you are playing on pc.

Are you experiencing any difficulties with logging into any other in-game account? If you are, this could be indicating that there could be a connection issue.
