    Can't login to my existing Microsoft account.


    I am trying to login into another microsoft account but I get kicked out when I try to click "my microsoft account". Error 0x80048823 also appears when I try to login into my Minecraft account with the same microsoft email address. This Microsoft I'm using right now has no problems.

    Hacked account, lost account

    The problem I have is the hacker changed the email and now the account does not exist (according to the login). It vanished and Microsoft is not responding with any information. I tried the recovery but can't get past the first page.

    Yes i can login to that account with ny xbox app on my mobile or the Microsoft/xbox website but can't login to my Microsoft and xbox app on my windows.

    No, it's almost like the Microsoft account doesn't exist anymore but it obviously does cause I use it for my computer and my Xbox account which exists but I just can't log into it
