Can't Login to my account on XBOX 360

Hi,

I've a microsoft account (currently logged in to post this) but can't login on my XBOX 360.

I've tried numerous times but keep getting an error regarding my password.

I also want to watch Sky go on my console, will this be possible without Live Gold? (I already have sky go extra).

We were able to log into your MyRewards page successfully. Therefore, this is most likely a user connectivity issue. To resolve this, we recommend either clearing your cache or using a different browser.

So try this, if your signing in correctly on this site and the Xbox won't accept the same password maybe its been typed in wrong on the console especially if you have a complicated password like your supposed to . If you have a PC key board connect it
to one of the USB ports on your Xbox and just type away same as your PC. I have one connected to my Xbox all the time for passwords and stuff. Also make sure the emails is being typed in correctly. If that all fails just try changing your password just to
be sure.

On your SKY question you no longer need to have Gold to use the apps like SKY but you will need to have a paid subscription to SKY themselves but if you have sky go then most likely you already have one.

do you know if you have set up two step verification on your account?

If so, then please check out this link on how to set up a App password:
support.xbox.com/.../no-prompt-security-code

If you haven't set up two step, please try removing your profile from the console (Profile only) and then clear the console cache, restart the console and redownload the profile.
