Can't Login To Minecraft

Recently migrated my Minecraft account to a Microsoft account. After it was migrated I tried to log into the launcher with my email and new password. Tried a few times and it didn't work. Reset my password and it still didn't work. Saw a new app trying to use my Microsoft account that I didn't recognize so I denied it access. Now I am not receiving any emails on resetting my password and still can't log in. What is going on?

再度フレンド登録をしなければいけませんがストアで有料な物を購入してなければこれがオススメです。

It's not in the migration instructions, but after the migration, you have to ADD a NEW account, and link it to your Microsoft account. Startup will take longer, but it sure works.

On the login prompt in the java launcher, go back. You'll see the mojang account you had been signing into - ignore it, and add a new account to the launcher. Using the email address associated with the microsoft account you just migrated to, sign in with the email address and password of your microsoft account. It's not an elegant migration on the UX side of things, but it does work.

Thank you for providing that insight for us.

I've been looking into this matter, since it seems to be something that is occurring quite a bit.
Mojang is actually aware of this, as stated in this article.

I found
this thread from a few days ago, depicting some troubleshooting steps that seems to work for some. I'd like to see if it works for you.

I will provide the steps provided here, for your convenience:

Go to your system settings on your switch
Go to data management tab
Go to manage save data/screenshots and Videos
Go to Delete save data
Delete the Minecraft (NOT NINTENDO SWITCH EDITION) save data for YOUR login. This deleted my worlds that I already had but it was worth it in my opinion. There might be a way to not delete your worlds, but I do not know how.
