Can't login to Minecraft on PS4

So I've tried logging in to minecraft on my PS4 so many times to join a realm with my friends.

Everytime I try to join the realm it tells me I can't due to my Microsoft account settings.

We have tried to allow me access to it through the "parent account" but that hasn't worked.

Tried kicking me out the family group so I wouldn't need permissions, that hasnt worked.

Tried removing all the previous data on that app, that didn't work.

I can't play on this darn realm and can't figure out how to fix it!

(And no I can't just use another account as once you've chosen the Microsoft account for it, you can't change it)

PLEASE HELP!

Thank you, CatrionaThomson1. From there kindly "block" then submit and after that "allow" again then submit.

Once done restart your device.

Sadly we have tried all of that and it has not worked. Every time we try and "allow" the correct things, it fails. We click submit and it goes back to "blocked".

I have followed all the original tips given on the help pages available but unfortunately these seemed to have failed so far.

Even now I am no longer part of a family group to try and gain access. But sadly it hasn't worked.

As per checking the error that you're getting "The solution is to link the PSN:tm: ID to a different Microsoft account since the Microsoft Account you’re attempting to use is already connected to a different PSN:tm: ID. Each Microsoft account may only be linked to a single PSN:tm: ID and vice versa."

You’re welcome and thank you for the update. I would like to clarify, when you sign in to https://account.xbox.com/settings, is it on allow or block?

You’ve mentioned that it keeps coming back to block even after making the changes.
