cant login to minecraft account because of "microsoft hello"

hello, when i try to log in another minecraft account in the launcher there is something with windows hello i dont really know what it is but after that i can put my password in. the problem is that after i typed my password the site just reloads and i have to type it in again and again i dont know why because only this exact account has this problem. does someone know what this is or whats wrong
