Can’t login to main account.

So im having trouble logging into an existing account. A few weeks ago I downloaded minecraft PE and maybe just a week back I remembered that I had an old account from previously buying the game for an xbox. So I was like, cool- both bedrock, right? That
should mean I can login to that account and check out old builds on my old minecraft. I tried logging in with the icloud email, and I ran into the issue that I had to verify the email to make sure it was mine, which would have been no problem if that email
(which is verrrryyy old) hadnt been locked. I think it was locked because i hadnt used it in so long. Anyways, since I couldnt get to that email, I went to go sign back into my current microsoft account on xbox live but every time I attempt to sign back into
it, it pulls up that same “verify your email” screen for the old email and wont let me switch to sign into a different one. This has gotten incredibly frustrating. I dont know what I did wrong or what im not doing, but i see no reason as to why it wont let
be sign into my microsoft account with my current email. So other than somehow unlocking the old email (which is impossible at this rate), are there any solutions? Ive already tried reseting my phone, offloading and deleting the app, and it does the same if

I dont think you understand. This an issue, a glitch or bug of some sort, with MICROSOFT’s app. Yalls app. Im a little ticked you’re just telling me to deal with it and get a new account. Theres no reason what so ever that xbox live isnt letting me log into
my account. It wont even give me the opportunity to login to it in the first place, so its not like its a security issue. Its just STUCK at that verify your email thing. Let me paint the picture. I tap the xbox live app, and it opens up the “sign in” and “set
up console” screen. I tap the “sign in” option since im on mobile, and it asks me if it can use live.com to sign me in. I have no choice but to say yes because it gives me no other option, and it opens up live.com, which already feels unstable. Then it IMMEDIATELY
takes me to the verify your email page for my old email account without previously even putting in ANY information what so ever.

On top of all this, even if I caved and made a new microsoft account somehow (which would be impossible since im legit using my only other email), basically giving up ALL the work I did with my current account, the xbox live app STILL wouldnt let me log
into it. If a separate account with ACCESSABLE email existed I wouldnt be able to login to it through xbox live OR minecraft.

Thanks for reaching out to the Forums for advice on how to deal with this issue. I can totally understand how this could be pretty discouraging. To be honest, if you are not able to recover the account using the steps outlined in our

Lost Account solution you might be at an impasse and have to start playing with another account.

When you get the chance, give that a shot and let us know if that helped.

The primary issue seems to be that the main email tied to the account has been changed and the recovery process needs that email to login. I can’t find a way to dispute this.

Right now it looks like the hacker has all the power and I have no recourse.

Check if your login in your main account, if you are login in your main try to contact with supports

No, I already signed up on that account and am paying for it actively. I can’t access the account now and I can’t login to cancel it either, that’s the issue.
