Cant login to Live via console

Im playing fifa 15 and when I sign in when it prompts me to, I choose my GamerTag. It then asks me to add security. I enter my MS a/c email and password (the only one I have and I'm posting this via the same a/c so I know I am not entering the incorrect
email/password) it gives me the error msg : Sorry, there is something wrong with your account. Pls help ASAP

Paid for Gold Service via Paypal, Xbox still thinks im on free memberhip...

Just paid for 1 month of xbox live via paypal via the microsoft website, payment went through fine. the website says im a gold member but when i login to my xbox it says i cant create parties because i must be an xbox live gold member...

when i got to check membership info via the xbox dashboard it says im a gold member...

what is going on ? i cant play anything online either !
