Can't login to Halo Infinite, get error "email address" is already a Microsoft account....

Hi there Nuka welcome to the community forum! Christopher here, an Xbox fan just like you and has been on Xbox for years already. I would really love to make your day by helping you out. Well, I suggest you try this:

Open the Settings app it is the gear in the start menu.

Open Accounts

Click Sign-in Options

Scroll down to Privacy

Uncheck "Use my sign-in info to automatically finish setting up my device and reopen my apps after an update and restart."

Restart your PC!

Once you get your email you can do a password reset here:

It would help if your account is on a console already. If you can't find the email to login you could contact xbox support but they can't just hand out an email address.

Do you get a specific error message when trying to use your gmail account? Also, is it possible that the Gmail account you're trying to use is already associated with a different Microsoft account? (An email address that is already an alias for an account
can't be used as an alias for an additional account.)

thanks kyle , now the problem iis original login hotmail account had been cancel n removed from microsoft by the hacker(i was try to fill the form, n the email address not found already), i believe the minecraft account already changed the login email too... what else i can do to get it.back

What's the email address not the title or name the email address itself and make sure it's a https:// ms store in your region

There is the new halo infinite bundle

Also there is no bundle id you look at what bundle it is and search for it cyberpunk or halo infinite bundle etc
