Can't login to buy

I login on xbox.com just fine. Browse products just fine. Then when I click on order or pre-order, I get redirected to login.microsoftonline.com. When I try to login there (with the same e-mail and password I used to login on xbox.com), I enter my e-mail
first, then before I even have a chance to enter my password, it says "Redirecting" then gives me the following:

"Sorry, but we’re having trouble signing you in.

We received a bad request."

Further below there is this:

I tried signing out and signing in again but to no avail. This includes checking that I was signed out of microsoftonline.com, live.com, and microsoft.com.

Any suggestions would be most appreciated.

Can't login

It sounds like you#re going through the steps to set up a new account. Instead, you need to sign out of any accounts, then choose the option for 'Recover Gamertag'. This will allow you to download your PendantLattice3 account to your console.

Can't login

I am a new user and I have not yet connected to Xbox Live through the console. I already updated the console software and now I am trying to login to Xbox Live. First I chose a profile, then I type my email and password - the same I use in my email and to
login here. Then I get the message

"This WL ID is associated to a different gamertag. Type a different WL ID and password".

What is going on?
