Can't login to any Xbox accounts

when I try to sign in to any of my account on Xbox this error code pops up: 0x8004886A

I can't login to xbox live account through Xbox One, Xbox360 or Windows10. Console says "I'm connected" but can't login. Any help ?

Confusion regarding gamesharing.

Confused by the question. But, the principle is, the, the home console play games without login in the account. Any other console, you will need to login and play the game. That's it.

This still doesn't help me. I can't get into anything online on any Xbox. The store just asks to reload. I can't view my account profile, I can't login to Fortnite, I can't login to call of duty.

Your tag line is confusing... you can't login on your xbox with any account? Not just your own? If you can't sign in with ANY account, more than likely your console is banned from xbox live.
