Can't login to any accounts.

Hi all, Newbie dad here! My son is having trouble logging into his account on his xbox one, we can also not log in to my account. When we try to log in once you have put the password in you get a loading circle for a small amount of time and it then goes
back to the homepage saying nobody is logged in in the top corner? After trying many times he did manage to log in once yesterday but cant again today.

It was fine until last week when we did the latest update? We do have pretty slow broadband but its always been ok previously.

Sorry to hear about the sign in trouble. Since this first began have you tried a full power cycle on your Xbox One? To power cycle hold down the power button on the front of the console for 8-10 seconds until the Xbox One powers off. Wait about 30 seconds
and try powering back up your Xbox One and try a login.

I have had same problem all day today have tried all the suggested solutions recommended and none of them have worked and just keep getting loop to sign in

 

I was having the same problem, I would try to login and after a while of spinning wheel a message would pop up with an error. But I did the Full Power Cycle thing that Mister Maka suggested, and it worked

 

I'm getting the same. With an error code 87DD000F. No issues with xbl as per MS...

 

can not sign into live. can sign into my account but with no access to live or features. on xbox one and my live is active until november 2016

 

and i have tried hard reset, sign out and sign in, everything

 

that is because the service is down again because I'm having the same issue not only on my console but also smart glass and even the website cannot see the friends list or pull up my profile. The ironic part of it is, the service status is not acknowledging
it in its claiming everything is working fine. go figure!

 

Having same issue. Goes into sign loop. Have tried hard reset as well. What is the fix for this?

 

Bought Xbox One specifically for Fallout 4; I have just that one game. Don't play anything on-line. Machine boots, gets log-in screen; click my account, loops, takes me back to account log on. Can't create a new account (what does 0x80a40019 error code
mean? Didn't find answer on Google), can't delete old account. Power cycled router (unplugged, Xbox (powered down, unplugged, 10 minutes, not seconds), power supply (unplugged, 10 minutes, not seconds). Xbox live reports no known local network issues; is that
accurate? Can see live television, so it probably isn't a Comcast issue.

 

Also can not sign into any account - it keeps freezing and returning to home page - one very upset boy here ! Tried all the type of resets - help please !

 

the Xbox sign in service was down yesterday. If you check the service status page periodically you be able to see when it's down. granted sometimes it's not always accurate saying that it still working when it's not but you can tell by trying SmartGlass
or going to the website. If you can't connect there aswell, then that is telling you chances are that the system is down also. And it sermd like it has been going down frequently recently.
