    Can't login the Xbox app on my computer


    Ever since I got my laptop, I have been unable to login on the xbox companion app (that came already installed) nor the new xbox app thats in beta. It says my account (my email) does not exist or don't have an account. I am able to sign in through my web
    browser so I know I have an account and on my xbox too. I tried signing in with my gamertag but it says its an illegal act or something like that. Slowly, I am working through this problem. My recent progress is I got through but says I need internet to but
    I am already connected to my internet and is working. I just don't understand why or how to fix this.

    It looks like I can't sign in on windows apps at all. I can't even login from settings. I think it's an issue with my computer though, as it works perfectly fine on my old PC.

    Yes i can login to that account with ny xbox app on my mobile or the Microsoft/xbox website but can't login to my Microsoft and xbox app on my windows.

    I also can't log in on the microsoft store. I created a different account on my computer with admin privleges and a local login. It was able to log in on both the xbox app and the microsoft store. So how do I fix my main account to allow me to log in on

    Xbox pc app won't load

    As I said yes, the console companion app worked just fine and let me login without any issue.

    Also, I checked on another computer to see if I'd be able to login with my credentials and it let me load the app normally. The issue is localised to my computer.
