Can't login on xbox webpage

when I try to login on xbox webpage I get we are sorry the page you requested cannot be found.

This is occurring when I click the little login bubble in the upper right. has occurred on both ie and chrome. I also cannot log into Minecraft for pc

thanks for that... when i click on the xbox service page it just says everything is normal. but i see it on twitter.
