Can't login into Xbox Live account because lost parent account.

Recently there was an update on the Xbox ONE and with that it came new terms that I had to accept. The problem was when I tried to accept the parent account suddenly needed to login too, even though it has never asked for that in my 5 years of usage. I tried
to login but I couldn't remember the password because it was created 5 years ago. So I asked my mother and she told me that account/email had been removed so there was no way I could get into my Xbox account with all my games and such. I tried to contact the
support so I could remove the parental account from my account but that wasn't possible. So now I'm here, can't login into my account, can't play with my friends, and soon I might need to create a new account because Microsoft don't have a simple solution
to anything, as soon as you need something you must go through with 7000 forms and questions and other matters before you even can check your old mail. So I write this for some hope that I still can get my old account back with countless games, if I do not,
then I will never like microsoft again. I won't recommend it and later on i'll probably just sell my xbox because it's clearly fool proof to use one if you forget something that you created 5 years ago.

Xbox is telling me to get Gold even though I have it?

Another way to attempt to fix this, is to remove the account from the xbox in settings->accounts-> remove accounts. After that is removed login with that gametag again to force the console to fetch your live subscription data. In rare cases your Xbox account and live account will lose sync.

 

Parent account problems

The parent account for my account is inaccesible.

Now that terms and conditions have changed i'm unable to sign into xbox live. Not only that, but i can't get into any settings because i'm not the parent account. I'm really stuck here
