Can't login into xbox account.

Hello,

I played in Forza Horizon 3 not less than 100 hours for past months, please keep it in mind.

Since 6th of september i can't login in my xbox app, and my games. For both i have the same issue:

~"can not log in now try logging in later", 0x8015DC0B

I know that VPN can help to solve issue, but it will affect on the speed of my internet ass well.

Please specify, maybe Ukraine has some restrictions since 2018-09-06?

There are currently sign in issues affecting some regions, particularly in the Middle East. it's being investigated and I've been told that it may take up to 72 hours for the problem to be located and potentially fixed.

Xbox Live isn't supported in the Ukraine. Xbox Live Countries | Xbox Live International

Features and services may or may not work if you're using it in an unsupported region.

 

Several UKRAINE users have contacted support on this, one has stated using a VPN resolves the issue, this would point to the issue being possibly related to a routing or ISP issue, I would recommend contacting your ISP to see if there are any known issues
with the XBox network with your ISP.
