Can't login into my Xbox insider HUB on my PC

Failure to authenticate the Xbox login credentials is one possible reason as to why you're encountering this issue. For us to determine the root cause of this issue, kindly answer the following questions:

• Have you made any changes to your device or to your Xbox account before encountering this issue?
• What operating system are you using? (e.g. Windows 10, Windows Insider Program)
• Have you tried signing in to other apps like the Xbox app or the Xbox Beta app and check if the same issue occurs?

In the meantime, we recommend that you sign in to
Xbox.com. This can help determine if there's an issue with your Xbox profile. If you can sign in, that means your profile is all good. Otherwise, follow the on-screen prompts to update your account information.

I have a gamertag, say "A", and got (without being able to make a choice) "B" when I installed the Xbox Insider Hub.

I got a message that my 'store' account wasn't the same as my Xbox account.

But I can't change "B" to "A"! Even after deinstallation of the Xbox Insider Hub.

Trying again to install the Hub, I received "B" again!

How can I login with "A" in a Xbox Insider Hub??

Are you checking the insider hub on PC or XBOX?

I've played it on Xbox (Alpa insider) and in my PC insider hub it isn't showing. But on my xbox it still is.

Have you installed the insider app on your console also?

Can you log in from there?

I don't have a Xbox.
