Can't Login Into My Account, Account's Email Doesn't Exist

it says my account doesn't exist, i know it does because the account is on my computer but i cant do anything with it because it says it doesn't exist. i can also see under my "emails & accounts" both accounts with different emails. the one i can login to doesn't have the same email even as an alias. So needless to say sadly it didn't work. Also thanks for the reply Georges!

My Google account it's been already recovered, but, for example when I try to login with the same email on microsoft it says the account doesn't exist. It did but the hacker changed email and know here i am trying to get it, hope there is a resolution.

You can log into the email because the email is not from Microsoft, as I didn't mention the email doesn't exist, what doesn't exist is a Microsoft linked to it

Other users that encounter the same issues eventually find the correct email used for their accounts, as I mentioned, you can't create a new account with the same email even if the account gets deleted

Thank you, but yes we already tried that. When we try to reset the password on his MS account login email, it says it "doesn't exist".

And he did the account recovery and got a reply back that said not enough info was provided. He never used that email for anything but a login for his Xbox.
