Cant login in to xbone master profile

looking for suggestions really, we have 3 profiles on our xbone, the main profile belongs to the mrs, it is her xbone after all, i have mine and the young 'un has his own, now i can log in to mine just fine but when they try to login to theirs they both
get the same error code (80070102) so far i've tried a hard reset and reset the router, that didnt work

bloody weird tha one profile works and the others dont, any ideas?

Instant Login on Xbox One

cant instant login on my *** xbone. yeah i know where to set up, but its still not working.

Backwards compatibility question

You can login, make sure you are logged into a profile on your xbox one, then hit the back and start (view and menu) buttons in x360 mode... That brings up the option to sign into profiles and download profiles.

Even if you use another xbox 360 it should let you login to a xbox 360 profile and it should just say it was last signed in on another system. I'd make sure you are signed into a profile, if you are trying splitscreen stuff make sure your friend signs into his xbox one profile before then signing into his xbox 360 profile.

Awkward, but it works. Been busting up borderlands splitscreen in bc for a couple days.

Hi there.

Searching this error code shows that it could be caused by the LIVE service experiencing issues.

Error Code 80070102

There was a service alert this morning but everything appears to back to normal. The solution suggested is to perform a hard reset which you have already tried. I would suggest logging into account.microsoft.com with the ID associated to your partners account
and double check all the details such as her ID and payment options are up to date.

If everything is up to date and you're still having this problem you may need to contact
xbox support and inform them about what is happening.

not all profiles are on the same servers, so if there is any live issues with multiple servers some can sign in while others can't.

didnt realise profiles were kept on different servers, that makes some sense then

You cant remove it, as you need it to login to your profile. There is an option in the settings that allows auto login and to remember your password.

I DID IT AGAIN!!! Bought the xbone 1TB with Halo Master Chief Collection. Now I have the best of both worlds =).
