    I can't save my games, "Children of Morta", for example.

    When the option to "login" appears, nothing happens, and the game starts from zero, as if it were the first time opened...

    I have everything updated, latest version of Windows, there is nothing to download. I reinstalled the Xbox apps on the PC, but it remains the same...

    All services (services.msc) related to Xbox are active on to start automatically or manually, there are none disabled.

    Oh yes, I was following the status... but I didn't think I couldn't even load/save a game. I recorded a short video, showing 'asking to login', and then showing nothing saved...

    I hope this will be resolved as soon as possible, I would love to play, since I bought the pass...

    Worst Customer Service - In All of History

    Well first you can't play offline if you don't have local gamesaves

    Cloud saves can only be accessed while online that's why they are cloud saves

    You will have to login online and get into the game with the save and resave locally

    If you are gaming sharing then any game you are sharing won't be accessible unless you are online

    This is why you don't give out your home console

    In short you can install the game from disk as long as you have the disk and download and install addons and patches on any machine with your account

    If they limited it to 1 machine then when you upgrade or login into a friends computer you can't use your account or game saves because you can't reinstall it due to the activation issue
