CANT LOGIN FREAKING XBOX APP ERROR 0x80070520

Did anyone find the issue, I've got the same message...

Its listed all over the place in these forums and still nobody has an answer. I spent 2 hours with tech support and still not working. Just need a process to fix user profile without resetting the PC. Outlook, Skype, windows login, online login, Store,
and windows Update all work. Just not Xbox app and minecraft.

Steps to try:

1. Please try to update the xbox app by going to Start > Microsoft Store > click the 3 dots icon at the top right > My Library > see if there is an arrow beside the xbox app. If you don't see the xbox app click "Show all" on the right to see them all.

2. Please click Start, type "Apps & features" select that, Find "Xbox" and click it, Click "Advanced Options", Click "Reset" you see there. Restart the app and try to sign in again.

3. Please click Start > type Troubleshoot and click it > go to the bottom and click Troubleshoot Windows Store Apps > see if it fixes any problems for the xbox app or shows an error that wasn't fixed.

4. Please press the Win+R keys to open the Run dialog. Type WSReset.exe and click on OK. The Store and a command prompt will now open without any message. The command prompt will automatically close when the store cache has been reset. Try the app after
that.

If all else fails, go to the Windows Store and find Xbox (beta) and download that.

Other options would involve a powershell command that could damage your windows installation.

follow the steps below:

1. Press the Windows key on your keyboard, and then type Internet Options in the search box.
2. Click the Connections tab, and then click on the LAN settings button.
3. Click OK, and then click OK again to save the settings.
4. Launch Xbox app and sign in again.

Step 3: Reset the Windows Store to clear the Store cache.

3. Type wsreset.exe, and then hit Enter.

Step 4: Uninstall and reinstall the Xbox App to update it.

1. Click Start, and then type Windows Power Shell on the search box. 
2. Right-click, and then select Run as administrator.
3. Type the following command to uninstall Xbox app: Get-AppxPackage *xboxapp* | Remove-AppxPackage.
4. Hit Enter
5. Launch Windows Store and download the Xbox App.
6. Open the game on the Xbox App.
