There is probably a good explanation for why some people cant sign in, maybe the local servers where certain people are trying to connect are experiencing technical issues and that is why you cant sign in. Maybe too many people tried to signed in at the
same time. When as server crashes it just takes time to fix. Just mellow out dude and wait. Find something else to do while you wait.

I am loged in to microsoft. Have fallowed all prompts. Changed password. Still can not log on the xbox. Xbox system will not accept any info.

And if I sign in with my E-Mail and password, it prompts me:
